I have a solid background in microbiology, microbial applications and statistics, with excellent grades in most of my courses, including Microbiology, Biochemistry, Microbial Genetics, Microbial Physiology, Microbial Ecology, Applied Microbiology, Statistical Analysis, Probability Theory, among others.

Work Skills

Have a deep understanding and expertise in the techniques and knowledge related to microbial cultivation. Be proficient in microbial adaptive laboratory evolution (ALE) techniques, and common biochemical techniques;

Be familiar with how to optimize composting conditions, add specific microbial inoculants, perform appropriate pretreatment and screening to enhance the efficiency and quality of composting;

Be familiar with the process of developing functional foods using microorganisms.
